A £30 booking fee is required within 24 hours of making your appointment to secure your slot. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash in person, or through the online booking system.
This booking fee is fully refundable or transferable if at least 72 hours’ notice is given to change or cancel your appointment. The fee will be deducted from your final bill, with the remaining balance due before or upon collection of your cat.
